onboarding

Welcome on board!

Welcome! Soon, you begin your new journey at Hallmark. No doubt it’s incredibly exciting but also a little bit scary too. Suddenly, you face a fresh start – a new organisation, work activities and colleagues. We would like to give you a warm welcome and make sure that in no time, you feel at home within Hallmark.

We want to greet you with a welcome package and an onboarding session, during which you meet your colleagues and learn all the in’s and out’s about our organisation. We do everything we can to give you a smooth start. So, from now on, you can call yourself a real Hallmarker.

They came before you:

Saskia (Service Merchandiser):
A month before I started my job, I received flowers as a warm welcome from my team-to-be. On my first day, everything was well organised: laptop, car, telephone, onboarding program, all was ready. It was a lovely day filled with cordial welcomes, and I felt immediately accepted into the team.
Loes (Shopper Marketeer):
“I felt welcome at Hallmark from the very beginning. It is a great company with a pleasant, warm atmosphere and friendly, helpful colleagues. Hallmark regularly organises fun activities and internal events, which is very important too.”
